THE PROCESS

Three Step Process

Strategy Meeting

We set aside a 2-hour session to get to know you and your loved ones. We learn about your family dynamics, your assets, and your goals. We discuss the options and work with you to design a plan that best meets your financial and legal needs.

Plan Drafting

Our law firm gets to work drafting your estate planning documents. The final draft is sent to you for your review and approval.

Signing Ceremony

We schedule a date to perform a formal signing ceremony, as required by law, where you will physically sign your documents before an attorney and two witnesses.
